In-person bookings are now conducted at the Coast Bastion Hotel, downtown Nanaimo. 11 Bastion St, Nanaimo, BC V9R 6E4. Specific boardroom names are given at the time of bookings. or have our reporter travel to you in the comfort of your own office in central, northern and western Vancouver Island.

Remote and/or out-of-town discoveries is a definite option for parties in different locations.
Hybrid is also an option - for example, one party at our boardroom location, and another party in another city in another location remote via Zoom
All parties can be in remote locations in the comfort of their own homes or offices, including the court reporter.

Realtime services allow clients to get instant translation services on their laptop while the reporter is writing - live, real time!
SAME DAY transcript is included and available with Realtime services with a regular transcript order.
This service can be used for discoveries or meetings at our boardroom location or remotely at another location.
