Harbour Bay Reporters provides professional and high quality Court Reporting services in person, remotely and in realtime, serving Nanaimo, Vancouver Island, the Vancouver area, and remotely Canada-wide.
In-person bookings are now conducted at the Coast Bastion Hotel, downtown Nanaimo. 11 Bastion St, Nanaimo, BC V9R 6E4. Specific boardroom names are given at the time of bookings.
HBR is also proud to offer Live Closed Captioning and CART Captioning (Realtime) remotely for broadcast TV news and sports, government agencies, corporations, universities and colleges, events, theatre, etc. for the purposes of assisting disability deaf and hard of hearing services.

Former court reporter and current Professional Captioner, owner Koreen Perry, RPR, CRR, CBC, has over 27 years experience as a Professional Live TV Broadcast Captioner for news and sports, and Realtime CART writer for government agencies, corporations, Universities and Colleges, and more for the purposes of inclusion for deaf and hard of hearing accessibility.
HBR has a team of writers for both Court Reporting services and for Live TV Broadcasting and all CART Captioning (Realtime) services.
